At LetTock, we strive to deliver your pet’s favorite products as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: $6.99. Free on orders over $39. Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days.

Expedited Shipping: $12.99. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

International Shipping: We currently ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from LetTock are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Delivery Issues: LetTock is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays once the package is in the carrier‘s possession. If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. LetTock is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
