Return & Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

1. Return/Exchange Conditions

  • All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use or damage.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email address) is required.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used goods unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent due to our error. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

Please contact our customer service at service@lettock.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.

After approval, we will provide a prepaid return label (for exchanges or defective items) or instructions for you to return the item yourself.

Processing of your return may take 5-10 business days after we receive your package.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 7-14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Special offer items are final sale items and are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

4. Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange service for size or color for eligible items:

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and replace the item or provide a full refund as soon as possible.

6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Refunds will be settled in the original currency and may be adjusted due to exchange rate fluctuations.
