Ordering Questions

What is your cancellation policy?
Once an order is confirmed and successfully submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you can return your order through our return portal here. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Shipping Questions

What do I do if my item(s) arrive damaged?

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service at service@easymarkeet.com within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and replace the item or provide a full refund as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Questions

How do I make a return?
Returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original & new condition, stored within the original packaging having all tags attached.
